The Newport Villages on Mustang Island, Texas The 1,400-acre project consists of 4 villages designed by Miami’s famed architectural design and planning team of Duany Plater-Zyberk & Co., with each village having compatible architectural themes. The 4,000+/- total living units consisting of beachfront, fairway, marina and bay view properties is designed for full or part time living at its best. A David M. Schwarz (renowned architect from Washington D.C. and Ft. Worth, TX) designed clubhouse and conference center will attract conferences, small conventions as well as traditional summer and winter visitors from across the entire U. S., Canada, and Mexico. The fairway/beach front condos, designed by San Antonio’s acclaimed architectural firm of Overland Partners, will have commanding views of a new Arnold Palmer signature seaside links-style golf course with an unprecedented 4 holes in the high, rolling sand dunes with great views of the white sand beach and Gulf of Mexico.
