SurveyingUrban Engineering provides complete surveying services from its three Registered Public Land Surveyors and four field crews capable of meeting short deadlines or covering large projects like ranches and major transmission pipelines. Surveying has changed enormously in recent years and Urban Engineering has kept up with those changes by investing in the latest technology. We use Trimble Global Positioning Technology and Sokkia Total Stations to improve accuracy in the surveying process. At Urban Engineering we are on the cutting edge of surveying technology by virtue of having made investments in technological advancements. Using the most advanced equipment benefits our clients through increased efficiency and accuracy. Survey data are now collected electronically in the field and downloaded onto computers. Using special software, the data are then translated into two or three dimensional drawings. We perform residential and commercial land title surveys as well as topographic, construction, hydrographic and wetlands delineation surveys. We conduct surveys for our engineering department and for other engineering and architecture firms. Our surveys meet the exacting standards of the American Land Title Association and the American Congress on Surveying and Mapping. Services:
